The house we were selling was in an extremely poor state of repair and due to it being tenanted - the presentation was abysmal, and there were also legal ramifications attached to the sale of the property.
Andrew was able to achieve a sale in a very short time frame for what we believe a fair price. He spent a great deal of time and effort with the tenant and legal personnel to achieve this.
Most importantly of all he LISTENED to what we said and were able to help with what was an extremely difficult situation.
